Is it really free?
For buyers — yes: search, calculations and an expert consultation cost nothing. Only listing a resale property is paid.
Why is Aurum independent?
The order of options depends only on how well they fit your budget, and on price. Developers and sellers cannot pay for a better position.
Can I trust the calculations?
Payments are computed by a verifiable calculation engine from the terms entered in the database. They are preliminary: the final terms are confirmed by the developer, seller or bank.
What happens to my phone number?
It is passed only to the party you chose to contact (seller, developer or expert), under the privacy policy. For resale properties you can skip leaving a number. Privacy
Do I need Telegram?
No. You can search in the site chat. Telegram is needed by sellers to post listings and is handy for notifications.
