Privacy policy

This policy describes what personal data [to be filled in] (hereinafter the “Operator”) processes in the Aurum Hills service (Telegram bot and the website https://aurumhills.am) and how it is protected. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data”.

What data we process

- Telegram data: ID, name, username (@username), chosen language.
- Phone number — only if you shared it yourself with the “Share contact” button.
- Search parameters: type of housing, districts, purchase method, budget.
- For sellers: listing data (address, details, price, photos, description), payment status.
- For developer staff working in the developer account: login, name, account language, records of logins and viewed pages (time, IP address).
- Support requests and replies to them.
We do not receive or store bank card data: payment takes place on the bank’s secure page.

Why

• To select options within your budget and show payment calculations.
• To pass your contact to a seller, developer or expert — only when you asked for it yourself (the “Leave my number”, “Developer” and “Expert” buttons).
• To publish sellers’ listings and show them to buyers; the seller’s contact is given to a buyer interested in the property.
• To answer requests and send notifications about leads and listing periods.
• To protect the developer account and the admin area from outsiders (log of logins and views).
• To analyse demand in anonymised form.

Who receives the data

• A seller, developer or expert — to the extent needed to get in touch about the chosen property, and only at your request.
• If you chose “Developer”, the developer receives your name, phone number, Telegram @username and your search parameters (to offer a suitable apartment) and sees the lead in its account. The developer must use this data only to contact you about your request.
• The acquiring bank — to process payment (you enter card data directly with the bank).
• We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Storage and protection

• Data is stored on a secure server; only authorised staff have role-based access, and their actions are logged.
• Data is kept while you use the Service and deleted at your request unless the law requires it to be kept.

Your rights

You can find out what data we store about you, correct it or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact support with the “💬 Support” button in the bot or at [to be filled in].
