Terms for developers

These terms govern the use of the developer account — the section of the website https://aurumhills.am through which developers place their properties in the Aurum Hills service and receive buyer leads. The Service is provided by [to be filled in] (Tax ID [to be filled in], hereinafter the “Service”). By starting to work in the account, the developer accepts these terms.

1. Price

The account is currently provided free of charge. The Service will announce any fees in advance; paid terms will apply only after the developer agrees to them.

2. Access

  • Logins are issued by the Service at the developer’s request. The developer is responsible for the actions of its staff in the account and for keeping passwords safe.
  • Login is protected by a code from an app on the phone. When a member of the developer’s staff leaves, the developer informs the Service so that their access is closed.

3. Property data

  • The developer posts only accurate information about its properties: prices, availability of apartments, installment terms, discounts and completion dates — and keeps it up to date.
  • The Service shows the properties to buyers and calculates payments under the stated terms. The order in which options are shown to buyers does not depend on payment.
  • The Service may hide a property with inaccurate or outdated data.

4. Buyer leads

  • The developer receives a buyer’s contact only when the buyer chose “Contact the developer” themselves.
  • Buyers’ data is used only to get in touch about the chosen property. It may not be passed to third parties, used for mailings unrelated to the buyer’s request, or kept longer than needed to work on the lead.
  • The developer records the outcome of each lead in the account; the Service sees these records.

5. Liability

  • The Service is not a party to the transaction between the developer and the buyer and is not responsible for its terms.
  • The developer is responsible for the accuracy of the data it posts and for the lawful processing of the buyers’ personal data it receives.

6. Other terms

  • The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
  • The Service may change these terms by notifying the developer in the account or through the developer’s contacts.
